LOCATION: Chennai/Patna/Kolkatta/Delhi/Bangalore
STATUS: Full-time (Field Job)
EDUCATION: Must be enrolled in a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Program at an accredited college/university
COMPENSATION: Attractive Incentives on successful sales closures & Expenses reimbursable on approval

This POZO internship program is ideal for someone who is interested in furthering his or her education and experience in the world of Sales & Marketing. This internship will provide an opportunity to handle various aspects of communication, product positioning, negotiation strategies, deal-making and sales closures. It will also entail a detailed understanding of Software Product Sales, one of the most sought after skills in the Indian IT industry. You will be meeting owners/directors/principals of schools, reputed school chains & coaching class giants selling them world class smart phone management system in mobile app and erp on clouds. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying potential sales leads
  • Initiating contacts via digital medium for product presentation, discussions, needs assessment & customer fitment
  • Setting up & coordinating meetings with prospects
  • Visiting and meeting prospects for in-person discussion and sales closure; Senior POZO members may accompany you for meetings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
    • Communicate effectively in both written + verbal form
    • Strong persuasion skills
    • Ability to assess pain areas and needs of the prospect and mapping with POZO offerings
    • Ability to manage multiple leads
    • Ability to accept NO as answer
    • PC proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) essential
    • Must be able to spend 8-10 hours a day in the field meeting and following up with prospects
    • Own 2-wheeler for travel in the city of choice
    • Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success



POZO is looking for a dynamic, responsive and detail-oriented person to be a part of the operations team. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, is willing to understand technology products and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty. You will be reporting to Manager - Operations. 

STATUS: Full Time (On-premise)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holder from an accredited college/university
COMPENSATION: As per experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interacting with clients on calls on a regular basis & updating them about the product & its up-gradations
  • Timely follow up with clients on engagement/usage of the product
  • Maintaining records of the work allocated to him/her on a regular basis
  • Being the first point of contact for clients & addressing any issues from them in the first place
  • Ability to accomplish the targets assigned to him/her within the given timeline
  • Other responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must have good Communication Skills & a sound desire to make outbound calls to clients.
  • Must have basic knowledge of working on MS Excel, Emails and Phone etiquettes
  • Must have pleasing personality to speak to
  • Good listener, with problem solving attitude
  • Must be able to work in defined time-lines
  • Must possess a positive & learning attitude
